乌尔朵('ur rdo）即抛石绳，是牧人用来驱赶牛羊或防御野兽攻击的一种必备用具，通常随身佩戴。利用抛物线的力学原理，将石头置于石兜中画圈甩动数下，松开绳索的一端，将石头抛向远处，最远可达百米。乌尔朵多以羊毛和牦牛毛手工编织而成，有黑色、白色、彩色，利用绳索的根数和编织技法可编出不同宽度和纹样。此套乌尔朵由那曲市班戈县县级非遗传承人斯丹编制。

     ‘Ur rdo is a rope tool of herdsmen necessary for throwing rocks in driving yaks or sheep or in defending against the attacks of wild animals. It is a carry-on tool, which, using the mechanics of parabola, can emit the rock in the pack on one end of the rope almost 100 meters away by circling it for rounds and releasing the other end. It is mostly hand knitted with wool and yak hair in black, white and chromatic. With different numbers of strings and knitting methods, it can be of different widths and patterns. This set of ‘ur rdo was knitted by Stan, an inheritor of county level ICH of Baingoin County, Nakchu.
